Coffee-Oatmeal Cookies

I have always been wanting to bake cookies and finally, here it is. I decided to create my own mix of cookie dough. I prepared this for a specific purpose, keep me full during the dawn. Well, that’s why I thought of doing a coffee-based cookie with oatmeal.
