A Trip to the Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet
I was in La Trinidad, Benguet a couple of weeks ago conducting web development training at the ICT Hall of Benguet State University. For the first few days there, I wasn’t able to do the strawberry picking as I wanted because it was always raining in the afternoon after our training. But luckily, it did not rained last March 30, 2011. It was my birthday and wished actually to have a sunny afternoon so I can visit the Strawberry fields which is actually just walking-distance from the campus. Here are some photos taken during the visit at the farmville.

Vegetarian Strips a La Pobre

This Vegetarian Strips a La Pobre, which I just felt naming it that way, is one of the dishes I prepared during the said experimental period. The vegetables used here are available at any season in the market and is cheap, so no need to worry for the budgeting because this is a super simple vegetarian dish. Read more…
Pinoy Chop Suey (Affordable Version)

Mom asked me to prepare the vegetables for our lunch today. I knew what she’s going to cook but I took charge and cooked it. It’s Chop Suey without the extravagant vegetables on it. So, I decided to label it the Pinoy Chop Suey (affordable version) as the vegetables used here are cheap and easy to find in the market. So, here are theĀ ingredients I used for this version of chop suey. Read more…
