I am now a serious dropper of Entrecard. 100 drops is my target and even reached to 150 sometimes. I usually spend around an hour in dropping and posting comments to other blogs. And now, an addiction it became. You may ask, wasn’t that just a waste of time? That was my question few months back but finally enlightened with what Entrecard could do with my blog. FREE WEB SITE ADVERTISING! Yes, with the caps (like I am shouting).
For those who among you who doesn’t know about Entrecard, it’s a free advertising system that is dedicated to blog sites. It help promotes your website and get new readers. Along with this is basically generating unique traffics which will turn into profit (in the long run) when you’re running some paid ads in your blogs like Google Adsense, Chitika Mall, Adbrite, Amazon Affiliates, and many more.
Entrecard (EC) is a widget placed in blog sites, similar to what appears in the image above, where fellow Entrecard members can click ‘DROP’ and gain EC points ( 1 drop = 1 EC point). EC Credits are used to purchase advertising spots in any blog sites which you wish to place your blog as a daily featured site. Buying an advertising spot may vary from one site to another. This is because of the ‘pricing’ scheme which they apply (click here to learn about their pricing calculation). The best thing with Entrecard is that it is FREE. But they offer some ‘buy EC credit‘ options if you wish to gain EC credits instantly. If you still want to earn EC credits instantly, you need to find a generous co-member which will send you EC credits. The video below is an overview of how to use Entrecard in increasing website traffic:
Well, after doing this serious Entrecard dropping, I am getting unique hits or visitors from different places around the world. Just what I am expecting. By the way, before ending this post and continue doing EC dropping, let me share this effective tip for EC members:
Place your Entrecard Widgets in a top portion of your blog site to gain more daily drops. It worked for me and for sure, it will work for you as well.
Xie xie! (Thank you!)

At first it seemed like a waste of time for me. But as I get used to doing the drops, the droppers became consistent. Soon you’ll be reading some of these blogs and comment on it.
Then I realized I gained a few loyal readers.
