An essential part in setting up a website is not just the web design but also choosing the right domain name you will use. You need to choose the right domain name for your business. It is more appropriate if you will use names that are related to the contents of your website or business name. To acquire your desired domain name, you have to do domain registration with some domain registrars.
Domain names are cheap, it may range from $7-$15 for the top level domain name extensions (.com, .org, .net). Country domains are also offered with some domain registrar but of different pricing. Domain registration is easy and you can pay it using Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, Western Union or other payment modes that is offered by the domain registrars.
Just a note, be sure that your domain name registrar is ICANN Accredited (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Number) when you are doing a domain registration.

I hate to think that I am not mobile, not mobile in the sense that I do not have a laptop. For my lifestyle, I need one because I do go to school everyday, works anytime of the day as a blogger/contributor for a couple b5media blog - Office Tweaks and Jam Band News, and a freelance programmer/web developer/researcher and I.T. Consultant at night. Well, I am trying my best to have a proper time management to accomplish all tasks needed on time. That is a priority.
Now, I came to realize that I really need to get a laptop to give me more mobility that enables me to do school stuff and work anytime, anywhere at my convenience. Then, ASUS Eee PC came into my mind as it is cheap, light, very portable and suites my needs like coding, blogging, surfing, and doing the documents and reports. But I do not know yet if I will get ASUS Eee PC. I have read many good customer feedbacks and reviews about this laptop and already asked some users(friends) about their experience with ASUS Eee PC.
If I will look for a long term investment, I won’t get one because I need to have more functionalities with my laptop as my work evolves in due time. Yes, I can bring ASUS Eee PC anywhere when I travel but for a hardcore user like me, I think it won’t suffice all the applications and tools I need that are found in my desktop. ASUS Eee PC is limited in memory and screen resolution is limited as well.
But then I guess ASUS Eee PC will do for my short term goals… what do you think?
