Paypal Offers New Bank Withdrawal Features in the Philippines

I recently had a problem with my Paypal Withdrawal to my Unionbank EON Visa Account. It is taking more than 5 days already and the status is still Pending, not the usual time I wait from my previous withdrawal transactions. I already emailed customer support and let them address this issue but for 3 days now, no one answered my 4 queries.

Earlier today, I received an email from Paypal announcing their new offer of letting their Philippine customers withdraw banks directly to their bank account, not just for Unionbank EON Visa alone. Just the last quarter of 2007, they offered funds withdrawal only to Unionbank EON Visa account holders.
