Woaah… almost forgot to cast my vote. Luckily, someone left me a message and reminded me. Anyway, I am casting my vote for Seed Interactive. The author is an instructor here in Ateneo de Zamboanga University. The blog showcases local talents about digital media, news and tips on how to use multimedia tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
