Yahoo! Philippines: The Purple Hunt Project

Have you watched the Yahoo! Philippines Purple Hunt Ads on local TV stations recently? If not, just checkout their promo site and watch the video below on how the promo works. You can also visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Yahoo! Purple Hunt posted by Janette Toral.

Here’s a quick detail about the treasure hunt online:

The Purple Hunt has phases. Right now, we are still at Phase 1 where Purple Hunters are asked to look for the Purple Ticket.

Phase 2 & 3 will start on June 16, 2009. That is when clues will be given out. If you have correctly guessed the answer to the clues given, then you stand a chance to win one of six Canon digital cameras (in Phase 2) or one of six Blackberry smartphones (in Phase 3).

Phase 4 is an actual footrace that will be held within Metro Manila thus only those from the area may join this event.

hi! i was doing this silk screen print business, having some rejected purple-colored shirts w/ prints. i want to recreate these rejected long sleeve shirts into something that would generate income like polo shirts w/ design, pillow case,etc . but then i saw in the web about this purple hunt and i’m wondering where i can fit in on this activity. your reply will be greatly appreciated. thanks!
